Privacy Policy

Veritas Expert Witness Network (“Veritas,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling information submitted through our intake forms and contact channels with discretion.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through attorney intake forms, expert applications, contact forms, and email correspondence. This may include name, firm, email, phone, jurisdiction, case context, and any uploaded document metadata (file names and sizes).

How We Use Information

Information is used to perform AI-assisted intake review, identify qualified expert witness candidates, coordinate introductions, and respond to inquiries. Submissions may be reviewed by our concierge team and processed by AI systems we control or contract with for the purposes described above.

Confidentiality

We treat attorney intake materials as confidential and do not disclose them outside of personnel and vetted experts evaluated for your specific matter. Veritas does not run public bidding or marketplace exposure of attorney submissions.

Data Retention

We retain submission records as needed to support ongoing engagement, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. You may contact us to request deletion of your records.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party AI providers and infrastructure providers to support intake analysis and platform operations. Such providers process data subject to their own terms.

Not Legal Advice

Veritas is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Communications with Veritas do not create an attorney-client relationship.
